Harold Heath is a music writer based in the UK. Harold first started DJing in the late 80s, beginning a DJing career defined by a deep love of music and a shallow amount of success. He became a record producer in 2001 and went on to release a couple of albums and a few hundred singles and remixes, all of which gave his DJing career a brief boost.

Having re-trained as a music technology teacher, in the last few years, Harold has become a full-time music writer with bylines for DJ Mag, Mixmag, iDJ Magazine, Beatport, 5 Magazine, Attack Magazine, Ministry of Sound etc. Aside from DJing and making music, Harold also enjoys listening to, reading about and thinking about music too.

Harold lives in Brighton with his wife and teenage son.
