Join us at The Greyhound in Peckham on 29 November for the launch of phatmedia presents UK Rave Flyers 1988/1989 – a stunning new coffee table book celebrating the breakthrough years of UK acid house culture.
This event brings together some of the promoters and designers behind the original flyers featured in the book for a lively talk exploring the early rave scene, the DIY spirit of the artwork, and the movement’s lasting cultural impact.
After the discussion, stick around as guest DJs take over the decks for a night of classic acid house and rave sounds – the perfect soundtrack to a trip back to 1988–89.
